    How are reorder points and low-inventory levels managed?

    QT2’s real-time inventory software provides current inventory levels and helps monitor stock and reorder points through the Distributor Portal.

    What inventory information can I access through the Distributor Portal?

    Distributors can view current inventory information, including on-hand stock, reorder points, allocated items, and production status. Inventory can also be searched, and CSV reports can be downloaded through the portal.

    How are fulfillment orders submitted and tracked?

    Fulfillment orders can be placed through the Finished Goods section of the Distributor Portal. Select the inventory items and quantities you need, provide the shipping information, and submit the order. Once submitted, the order is added to Job Status, where you can follow its progress through fulfillment.
