Our Story

In 1987, Chuck Daughenbaugh founded QT2 with a vision rooted in hard work, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and strong relationships.

What began as a printing company became something more: a family business built on trust, service, and a genuine commitment to people.

Chuck believed the strength of a company came from the relationships it built with customers, employees, vendors, and the community. He approached business with honesty, treated people with respect, and believed every partnership should create value for everyone involved.

Those principles are still part of QT2’s foundation.

A Legacy Carried Forward

Family was at the center of Chuck’s life and the foundation of his leadership.

He understood that a successful business should support not only its customers, but also the families and people who depend on it. His example helped shape the culture of QT2 and continues to influence the way we work.

Over the years, the company grew steadily. In 2006, QT2 expanded with an additional 30,000 square feet dedicated to commercial printing operations. The expansion reflected Chuck’s confidence in the future and his commitment to building a company that could keep serving distributors as their needs changed.

The years since have brought both accomplishments and profound loss. The passing of Chuck, preceded by the loss of his son, Mike Daughenbaugh, left a void.

Their influence remains woven into the fabric of the company they helped build. Their example continues to inspire the decisions we make and the way we serve our customers and community.

Today, QT2 is proudly carried forward by the next generation.
